However, research and studies show that good night's sleep is just as essential as any other part of your daily routine and especially for women. - Can you name 3-5 things that make you most proud of? Something that you have accomplished in your life? If you were at the end of your life, what would you need to have accomplished so that you have no regrets about anything.
Answering these questions will help you find your passions, priorities and your life’s purpose. Now you know what action you need to take so that the second half of your life is truly extraordinary -- It’s time to start doing, it's time to start living it.
We women, each of us, have much more to give than just trying to achieve a cultural beauty standard. You are beautiful right now, exactly as you are -- so now it is the right time to take care of your health.
